2021The building frames views of the ocean which in turn act as an invitation to the visitor. The lower level includes a partially enclosed outdoor space which acts as an intermediary zone between indoor and outdoor and as a space where activities and interactions may overlap.
The studios above provide the artists with consistent natural light and the opportunity to work, move and mingle along its balconies.
