Bent-Edge Polygons Publication Design
Summer 2022I assisted Neil Katz, Associate Director, SOM, with his research on computational design tools and the development of generative and geometric systems. These scripts explore the vast potential of geometric exploration for polygons based on manipulation of edge numbers, sub-edges, and edge-angles.
In close collaboration with Neil, I developed a print publication that highlights the parameters set for bent-edge polygons and laid out a narrative highlighting the vast breadth of spatial and geometric opportunities opened up by computational design tools.
